Jojoba Oil is a lightweight, non-greasy liquid wax ester known for its excellent skin-conditioning, moisturizing, and sebum-balancing properties. Closely resembling the skin’s natural sebum, it absorbs easily without clogging pores, making it ideal for all skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin. It provides deep hydration, strengthens the skin barrier, and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. In hair care, it nourishes the scalp, smooths frizz, and adds shine. Jojoba Oil is commonly used in facial oils, serums, lotions, creams, balms, and hair treatments.
Formulation Guidelines:
- Best incorporated into the oil phase of formulations.
- Can be used alone or blended with other carrier oils and butters.
- Suitable for creams, lotions, serums, body butters, lip balms, and hair oils.
